Туманный Альбион продолжает пополняться состоятельными русскими, поднакопившими «финансового жирка» на родине. Тратить его, видимо, приятнее и безопасней под британским небом. И, несмотря на все последние скандалы, русских бизнесменов все равно что-то привлекает в Британии. Так что же?
Очередным русским, предпринявшим этот нехитрый шаг, оказался на «первый взгляд» простой банковский служащий Александр Мямлин. Впрочем, «первый взгляд» в его случае очень обманчив, но об этом чуть позже. Приобретенный Мямлиным британский замок 12 века, если верить легендам, пережил 7 осад и ни разу не был взят.
Но нынешние хозяева открыли ворота замка для Александра Мямлина сами. Сработала пословица: «где не справится армия, там победит осел, груженный золотом».

Кстати, сумма сделки держится в секрете. Эксперты считают, что, хотя замок и был в плачевном состоянии, все же 8 веков простоял, и это существенно цену не снижает, да и русские бизнесмены готовы платить за английскую древность, не торгуясь. Возможно, они надеются, что вместе с недвижимостью приобретают и статус.
Войдя в роль нового хозяина, Александр Мямлин по условиям договора купли-продажи произвел капитальный ремонт, приведя старинное здание в приличный вид, после чего сразу закатил удалую недельную вечеринку, на которую, по слухам, был приглашен сэр Элтон Джон с супругом. Говорят, пати удалась, но принесла замку, веками уважаемому в округе, дурную славу. После услышанного и увиденного за 7 дней новоселья Мямлина жители соседних деревень считают обновленный замок местом опасным и чуть ли не пристанищем нечистой силы.
В Англии уже сформировалось отдельное сословие «русские». Богатое и странное. Теперь оно пополнилось еще одним новым членом. Местная аристократия, может быть, примет Мямлина в свой круг не скоро, но свои-то «понаехавшие» дверь перед носом точно не захлопнут, во всяком случае, в совете не откажут. И, самое главное, — для богатых русских преступников из Англии в Россию экстрадиции нет.
А теперь о главном, о деньгах. Медиа-портал «Журналистский контроль», анонсировавший новый фильм «Банковский "оборотень" Александр Мямлин» , но, кажется, никто даже не представлял, как далеко может зайти эта история.
Так откуда у скромного банковского служащего деньги на покупку старинного замка? Попробуем разобраться.
Сейчас полным ходом идет полномасштабная «чистка» банковской системы под руководством Центрального банка России. Лицензии уже потеряли сотни банков. Но, перед тем как отозвать лицензию, ЦБ в рамках процедуры санации назначает банку кризисного управляющего, который должен исправить ситуацию, а проще говоря, найти все активы, проблемного банка и сохранить их. Александр Мямлин – как раз и есть тот самый кризисный менеджер, ищущий активы проблемных банков. Активы могут исчисляться в миллиардах. Но зачастую даже сами владельцы банка не всегда знают, сколько у них и где попрятано. Но кризисный управляющий искать умеет.
Вот и ответ на вопрос «откуда деньги».
Но это еще не все, и самое интересное – это пожар в Центральном банке России в ночь с 27 на 28 августа. А случился он в суперзащищённой комнате с секретными документами, доступ к которым имеет только высшее руководство Центробанка. Но при чем тут скромный банковский служащий Александр Мямлин и руководство Главного банка России?
Вывод денег из России – проблема, о которой говорят давно и много, но, кажется, что изменений нет. Как стало известно из наших источников, спецслужбы нашей страны пытались наладить контакт с МИ-6 с целью отслеживать денежные потоки, поступающие из России. В последнее время эти контакты стали гораздо интенсивней, как будто в ФСБ серьёзно решили выявить каналы и людей, причастных к вывозу валюты.
И тут мы снова возвращаемся к Александру Мямлину и его ответственной работе по поиску активов проблемных банков. Дело в том, что, как мы говорили ранее, все это происходит под контролем Центрального банка России. И хотя фактическим руководителем Мямлина является некто Михаил Задорнов, по нашим сведениям, Александр Мямлин является ставленником одного из высших руководителей Главного банка России и именно ему он подчиняется по-настоящему. А у этого человека, в свою очередь, скорей всего, был доступ к сгоревший секретной комнате Центробанка. Прям «Тайная комната» из нашумевшего фильма про Гарри Поттера.
Эта комната по случайному или не очень случайному совпадению являлась хранилищем документов о золотовалютных переводах за границу, в Англию в том числе. И то, что странный пожар совпал с активизацией действий российских спецслужб не только в Англии, но и в самой России, а также довольно грубо «отработанный» поджог, наводит на мысли, что кто-то быстро заметает следы. И эти следы настолько огромны, что стоимость замка, его ремонта и недельного пати тут выглядит как покупка нами стаканчика кофе по дороге на работу.
Сколько имен и цифр похоронено в огне, — уже, наверное, никто не скажет, в средневековых методах уничтожения улик и любви к средневековым замкам есть что-то общее. А об эффективности данных методов судить рано, но они пугают. Что-то нам подсказывает, эта история еще не закончена…

To join the ranks of English aristocracy as soon as possible, embracing new spaces, many of wealthy emigrees immediately buy a X –XII century family castle, the modern owners of which aren’t capable to maintain the ancient building, unlike their noble ancestors: too expensive.
Another Russian who has made this simple step is a simple bank clerk at first site, Alexander Myamlin. However, the first site is misleading in his case, but more on this below. The British castle of the 12th century bought by Myamlin, if legends are true, has survived 7 sieges, and has never been taken. But the current owners opened the gate for Alexander Myamlin at their own will. The saying: “where an army fails, a donkey loaded with gold wins” has worked.
By the way, the transaction value is kept in secret. Experts believe that, though the castle was in a sad condition, since it’s been there for 8 centuries, even this fact doesn’t significantly reduce the price, and indeed Russian businessmen are ready to pay for English antiquity without bargaining. Maybe they hope that together with the property they acquire the status.
Having stepped into the role of the new owner, Alexander Myamlin, has done capital repairs under the terms of the sales contract, having licked the ancient building into shape, after which he’s immediately thrown a week party, to which, as it is rumored, sir Elton John was invited together with his spouse. It is said that the party was a gasser, but it has brought notoriety to the castle that had been respected in the neighborhood for centuries. After what has been heard and seen for the 7 days of Myamlin’s housewarming, the inhabitants of neighboring villages think that the renewed castle is a dangerous place and almost a shelter of evil spirits. As Russians said, proud of their folly, “there, see who we are!” What can we say: “who you are” is already known in England, but there is no reason to be proud of it.
There is already a separate social stratum in England, “Russians”. Rich and weird. Now it is joined by another new member. Local aristocracy might accept Myamlin in their circle at a distant date, but the compatriots having come here in numbers won’t clap the door for sure, at least won’t refuse a piece of advice. And, what’s the most important, — for rich Russian criminals, there is no extradition from England to Russia.
Now we get to the point, which is money. So, where did a simple bank clerk get the money to buy an ancient castle? Let’s try to find out.
In Russia, there is a large-scale clearance of the banking system controlled by the Russian Central Bank. Hundreds of banks have already lost their licenses. But before a license is withdraw, the Central Bank of Russia appoints a crisis manager to the bank, as part of the sanation procedure, who shall remedy the situation, and, simply put, find all the assets of the problematic bank and preserve them. Alexander Myamlin is the one who is a crisis manager searching for assets of problematic banks. Assets can cost billions. But even the bank owners often don’t know how much and where is hidden in their banks. But the crisis manager knows how to search. This is the answer to the question “Where did he get the money?”
But this is only part of the story, and the most interesting is a fire in the Central Bank of Russia on the night of the 27th of August, which happened in a super-protected room with secret documents which may be accessed only by the top management of the Central Bank. But what does a modest bank clerk Alexander Myamlin and the management of the main bank of Russia have to do with it?
Moving money out of Russia is a problem that has been much spoken about for a long time, but there still seems to be no changes. As we learned from our sources, the Russian security services tried to establish a liaison with MI-6 in order to track cash flows coming from Russia. And this person, most probably, had an access to the documentation that has burnt in the secret room of the Central Bank. Coincidentally or not, this room was a repository of the documents about gold and foreign currency transfers abroad, in particular to England. And the fact that the strange fire coincided with the stepped-up actions of the Russian security services not only in England, but also in Russia, and also quite a clumsily committed arson suggest the idea that somebody quickly covers up tracks. And these tracks are so huge, that the cost of castle, its repair and a week party look equivalent to buying a cup of coffee on the way to work for us.
How many names and figures are buried in fire, — nobody will probably say, and there is something in common in the middle-age methods of evidence elimination and love to middle-age castles. It’s early to judge the efficiency of these methods, but they are frightening. There is a feeling that this story isn’t over, and the brave slogan of Russian “there, see who we are!” will still loudly sound in the British land more than once.
